Our Story

Grace Mardela’s story is one of prayer, restoration and following Jesus. Launching out of Grace Seaford, a team of 5 families followed their hearts and their answered prayers to share the Gospel to new people in a new area, Mardela!

Our story is still being written. Having officially launched on January 1, 2023 we are still learning and growing to better share Jesus with the Mardela community and beyond. Who knows? Maybe YOU will be a part of our story!

Grace is a GATHERING of families who are GROWING to be like Jesus, GIVING our lives away by GOING into the world to share His love.

Our Mission

  • We believe that people are designed for community and that healthy families are the best expression of community.

  • At Grace we believe that every person should be growing in their spiritual journey to be more like Jesus Christ.

  • At Grace we strive to learn how to give our time away in service to others, use our talents in a way that honors the unique way God has made each of us, and use our resources to impact those in need around us.

  • We encourage and equip people to go into their local community, their region, and into the far reaches of our world to impact people with the love that Christ has so feely shared with us.

  • Grace’s Church Council oversee critical purposes of the church and the ensure that the congregation has leadership representation in the areas of Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Ministry, and Missions. In addition on Lead Deacon, Lead Trustee, and Chair of Finance sit on this team to equip our church for success.

  • Grace’s Deacons serve the marginalized and more at risk members of Grace. Grace has both Deacons and Deaconesses based on Romans 16. These men and women are crucial to ensuring that no one is overlooked in Grace’s fellowship.
